Provide the turbocharger on your Ford 6.7L Powerstroke with the coolest air possible when you install the No Limit Fabrication 67ICR11162 Raw Stage 2 Air-To-Water Intercooler. No Limit Fab had designed this intercooler to enhance throttle response and can provide a boost increase of up to 2 PSI. It also lowers exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) and decreases spool-up time. Additionally, it contributes to improved low-end power and torque, offering up to 20 horsepower and 60 ft-lb of torque. Customers have reported gains of up to 1 MPG with this modification.
This intercooler significantly improves reliability compared to the factory unit, enhancing the overall driving experience. Independent testing indicates a cruising and peak EGT reduction of 50 to 100 degrees, along with noticeable changes in driving characteristics. Field testing on a stock 2020 Power Stroke revealed an increase of 21 horsepower and 80 ft-lb of torque.
