- Core returns must be received by Proven Diesel Parts within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date.
- Cores must be returned complete, assembled, and in rebuildable condition unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- Returned cores must match the part number and application of the item originally purchased.
- Cores that are disassembled, heavily damaged beyond rebuildable condition, modified, missing major components, or otherwise deemed non-rebuildable may be subject to a partial credit or denial of core credit.
Proven Diesel Parts – 30-Day Core Return Policy
At Proven Diesel Parts, we strive to make the core return process as simple and efficient as possible. Please review the following policy before returning any core.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be required prior to returning your core.
- Customers are responsible for properly packaging all returned cores to prevent shipping damage.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- All returned cores are inspected upon receipt.
- Core credits are issued only after inspection confirms the core meets our return requirements.
- Inspection typically occurs within 3–7 business days after the core is received.
Approved core returns will be reimbursed at 96.5% of the original core charge. The remaining 3.5% is retained to offset the non-refundable credit card and payment processing fees incurred when the original transaction was processed. These processing fees are charged to Proven Diesel Parts by our payment processor and are not refunded when a transaction is refunded.
Core returns received more than 30 calendar days after the original delivery date may be refused or may receive reduced or no core credit at the sole discretion of Proven Diesel Parts.
Customers are responsible for ensuring cores are packaged securely. Proven Diesel Parts is not responsible for cores that are damaged during return shipment due to insufficient packaging.
Proven Diesel Parts reserves the right to refuse any core return that does not comply with this policy or that does not meet rebuildable core standards.
