Upgrade your 2011–2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke with this heavy-duty piston and ring kit designed for reliability in towing, fleet, and high-load applications. This kit fits both 2011–2016 and 2017–2019 model years and delivers the durability you need for long-term engine performance.

Built for Strength and Durability

These pistons feature a steel top ring groove to handle higher cylinder pressure and heat. The included plasma-coated steel top ring and ductile iron second ring improve sealing, reduce blow-by, and hold up under heavy-duty use.

Reduced Friction and Better Wear Protection

Each piston includes a Grafal moly-based skirt coating that reduces friction and helps prevent scuffing. For additional heat protection, you can upgrade to optional ceramic-coated piston tops.

Standard Bore: 3.897″ – 3.900″ Max
Oversizes:

• .010 Over: 3.907″

• .020 Over: 3.917″

• .030 Over: 3.927″

• .040 Over: 3.937″

Cylinder Finish:

• 32° crosshatch angle

• Final hone with 280-grit stone

• Finish with plateau brush

High HP Note: Add +0.001″ clearance for builds exceeding 800 HP.

Measure cylinders at a qualified machine shop before ordering. Piston size changes after ordering will require restocking and shipping fees. Ceramic-coated or machined pistons are non-returnable.
