Don’t leave the old cylinder heads in your truck when tearing down your 2006-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke, replace them with the Powerstroke Products Loaded Stock O-Ring 20mm 6.0L Cylinder Head. Built for the truck owner with a modified pickup, this cylinder head is o-ringed to keep compression in the cylinder, and out of your cooling system. Starting off as a brand new casting, each head is inspected for quality control, and then assembled with new valves, seals, and springs and is ready for installation. Sold individually.
